I just started them this week.

I got KettleWorx for Christmas. A six DVD set series.

I was so sore from Monday's workout. I could hardly cross my legs or sit or walk!

Today was core so am sure I will have a nice stomach soreness tomorrow.

    Hi,
I used the Kettleworx DVDs for a while and they're pretty good but I found it a bit irritating that the exercise programmes always seem to be a "cut and paste" job, just using the same clips of each exercise but in a different order. Now I also have a Kettlercise for Women DVD and I find that even better. The explanations for each move are really clear and emphasize good form. So I'm using that for now.
Either way, Kettlebells provide really great exercise...

I'm told there is a Jillian Michaels kettlebell dvd that will make you want to die (in a good way) If you are from Uk & have sky tv then look for a kettlebells for mums on the fitness channels. I started this last night & it is very good.
  • I use a 15 lb kettle bell and have a few dvd's that I switch up every month...got great results from them....I do them 3 times a week....I stopped for a little bit due to a knee injury but need to get started again....I think today is the day....LOL
  • I just got Kettlebell Bootcamp with Angie Miller on Amazon, she had the best reviews for the best price...really really good workout - I can't do all of them with my 15 lb kettlebell - been using a 10 lb weight on the harder moves...but I'm hoping to work up to it - she uses a 15 lb and the other girl uses a 10lb...

Ive been really sore in my legs but a good sore. Where did you find your dvd's, on line or in stores. I am going out today to find one. Im going to check best buy. The cd that came with the set I bought is just showing moves that can be made but not a routine. Have you seen results in muscle or weight loss or both? Thanks

Check Amazon for the DVDs-they have good prices. I use kettlebells on non lifting days instead of cardio machines. They are good for everything. Check out myohmytv.com for some cool routines.

I just had my first one on one lesson with a Russian kettlebell instructor today. He uses kettlebells and bodyweight exercises almost exclusively and is a huge fan of them. I didn't realize how important proper technique was to get the most benefit out of their use. You guys may want to look for a local instructor to help you get the maximum benefit out of the swing. I'm looking forward to learning more.
