My first date was a bike ride with my boyfriend(now hubby) to a beach..followed by some ice cream. Some sort of food must always be involved for me to have fun! No wonder i am here :grumble:

SW: 172 GW: 125-130 CW: 136 Started in March of 2013(post partum) and its been slow progress(intentional). Will take all the time in the world to reach my goal weight, but i am taking it slow intentionally. I am in healthy weight range and love food too much to eat at a bigger deficit :D

I usually eat Sara Lee Whole Grain White- Depending on the size, either has 60 or 100 calories.

I did! I lost all my weight after weaning as i could plan on different kind of food, my diet and exercises. I was too scared to eat at deficit while breastfeeding as i did not want to reduce the milk supply as it was getting lesser anyway.

As everyone said, you need to figure this out yourself. Why not try taking a break or staying apart and seeing how much impact it has on you. I think you want to lose the weight, but dont care enough to want to do something about it. I have been like that my entire life..i did not look bad, but was not at a very ideal weight either! But something changed after having my daughter and it has to come from within yourself :) I am still working on it, somedays better…
