I went to the nutritionist and did everything i could to help with GD. i maintained my sugar levels really well with just diet and exercise. But my baby was born with weighing just a little under 6 pounds. But she was healthy.

I weigh myself once every day in the morning. The numbers dont bother much that much, but i need this indicator. I go to gym and pay attention to my own workout and 99% of the time do not even notice people or remember who they are lol. I am terrible, but thats how i like it. I do my thing and get out. Even in group classes, i only follow the instructor and i leave. I do not notice anyone nor do i chat up.

I do this all the time too. I just fit it in my calories for the day as much as i can and eat a lighter dinner.

The first digital scale i had was great and accurate. But the current one shows higher weight the first time i step on it 95% of the time. I have to step down, weigh something else and then i step up and it shows accurate weight. Its weird.

I eat breakfast 99% of the time unless i have a morning workout planned and it ends up late. Breakfast calories also depend on how hungry i am. Usually weekdays it ends up being around 300 calories. I spend more calories on lunch and snacks. Breakfast and dinner are usually slightly on the lower end.

i dislike typical exercises, so i do things that help me be active and keeps me moving! I love to dance, so there is that. Then there is walking, hiking, playing sports like badminton, tennis etc and also just fell in love with Yoga!

I did weight some of the foods initially and now i have a decent idea about the portions. I have done decent progress with just calorie counting and estimating recently! But thats only come with experience.

I am vegetarian, so veggie burrito bowl with rice, beans, sofritas, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, fajita veggies and lettuce. Or Cheese quesedilla!

After using the site for a while, i sort of get the hang of what food might contain what ratios of macros. So i just go with it. If nothing matches, i make my own recipes using recipe builder. Simple. I am trying to lose weight, so i dont know what body builder edition u r talking about

I joined a dance class and watching my overweight self be so uncomfortable with dance moves all the while watching myself in the huge giant mirrors in front was it! Also just before that while visiting family, unnecessary comments from far relatives and also clothes shopping! I had to start buying clothes from Big stores…

My first date was a bike ride with my boyfriend(now hubby) to a beach..followed by some ice cream. Some sort of food must always be involved for me to have fun! No wonder i am here :grumble:
