Planks & P90X Ab Ripper X among some others. But the only way I have found to flatten my stomach dramatically is by not necessarily calorie deficit, but having very low carbs (<50g net carbs (carbs-fiber)) and eating CLEAN (no processed foods at all and for me no gluten has made a world of a difference) --- I have never…

Honestly food makes the biggest difference in the world....words cannot even describe!!! I cut my carbs slowly --- lowering from 100g to now <50 net carbs a day (on a normal day)....I try for 35 or less though. In addition I cut out any foods that were proccessed (especially grains) & I upped protein to >100g a day. I went…

many many ways to get veggies --- frozen ones r usually pretty cheap on sale & you just have to heat them up. For salads I like to make mine with as many things as possible lol and I also like to take ideas from restaurants menus. For example I loveee salad with romaine lettuce, baby spinach, spring mix lettuce mix,…

I actually sort of keep a journal on my food diary notes... which is why I have to keep my food/exercise diary private. I started doing it because I wanted to track what I did during the day and how I am improving over time. Sometimes I will actually write feelings and stuff but usually just track my day in general. If I…

same here my body wouldnt gain muscle or lose fat til i started cutting carbs to below 100g ... and now at below 50g net carbs. but i also found out im gluten intolerant so that may have had something to do with it... i think you just have to experiment and see what works for YOU because I tried everythingggg and finally…

Honestly I was in the same boat as you when I was a vegetarian and I was eating a lot of carbs (>100g) and not enough protein (only getting to 45g max) (a few months ago). I don't know what your diet is like but when I was eating that way, it didn't matter how hard I worked out...I'd do p90x and train 3 hours a day and…

I have a few favorites: "Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can." -Arthur Ashe "When you're struggling with something, look at all the people around you and realize that every single person you see is struggling with something, and to them, it's just as hard as what you're going through."-Nicholas Sparks,…

Exactly!

Agreed. It happens; you are not alone. The weight will come back off and you will feel better, just make sure not to do it again once you feel good again :P (learned from experience .... also found out i am gluten intolerant which added to the bloating crappy feeling on days like those...)
