That's my height, and I will be more than happy back in an 8. As an adult, even when I was skinny, I was never a 4. My mother was a size 4 when she died of cancer, and it was NOT a good look at 5'6" - it was a starved refugee look.

Sugar layered on white bread, then rolled up and smooshed so the bread has an entirely different texture. Not unlike Molly Ringwald's Cap't Crunch sandwiche in The Breakfast Club. Totally gross.

A friend who is married to a doctor says all liquid counts. Water is better, but tea counts even though it's a diuretic. You still get the benefit.
