MyFitnessPal worked great for me before, but I'm back after several years off. Need new friends to help me achieve my goals.

Since switching to a mainly plant-based diet, the weight has been falling off of me and I find I feel a lot better in general. I really do believe that severely restricting, if not eliminating dairy is worth the effort and although I have always loved cheese, it hasn't been as hard to do as I thought it would be.

I know exactly how you feel. I am desperatel trying to re-lose 110 pounds I lost once before. It is very frustrating and sometimes embarrassing to me, but I just try to keep moving forward and consider each accomplishment on its own, not in the larger context.
