Brunch today as I had an early archery session ... 3 bacon medallions, 1 poached egg and 2 English muffins with butter with a little tomato ketchup - a rare treat so yum!

Low in calories isn't necessarily healthy .... The salt (sodium) and carb levels are way too high for my liking. What happened to a balanced and varied diet? I'd be bored within 3 days!!
-
Isn't it great :). Keep up the good work! Nice food diary too

Why do you want to starve yourself? You'll feel rubbish and for what? ... A quick fix that will only last for as long as you're on it. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat a varied, healthy, balanced diet and throw in some exercise. You should be looking on this as a lifestyle change not a temporary diet.…

I always plan the night before, although I do leave room for a little tweaking during the day. If I didn't I'd find it really difficult to calorie control. Also it makes sure I have what I need To prepare/cook the meals I want to have.

Toast, crumpets, muffins, cereals, scrambled eggs, cereals with hot milk ...

To be honest you would see if there was anything wrong with her especially as you're so in tune with them. I think it's more likely she's telling you not to take them. But, if you're still worried then a trip to the vet will give you peace of mind.

It sounds unlikely but animals do have some very strange talents. My cocker spaniel sometimes goes up to other dogs and sniffs particular parts of their body then sit beside them wagging his tail. Each time the dog owner has then told us that there is an injury or some other problem with that part of the body. Funnily…

What's the matter with you? You're inside calories and doing good on all counts. So you enjoyed Easter Sunday just like half of the world did. Stop beating yourself up and enjoy your life! By the way you look fab anyway!!
-
I agree with the majority here - if they don't like what I've cooked they go without!! Sounds harsh but I've never yet heard that anyone has starved because of it. Yes, a little modification is sometimes necessary but essentially, unless there is a particular dislike to something, one meal is enough to cook !!
-
It's fine. So long as you normally keep tabs I wouldn't worry ... I'd also try and eat those spare calories!
-
Not sure if my numbers are low/high enough for you but my diary is open so feel free to browse! Mind you 24lb is really good you're doing ok :)

You look awesome!! Well done you - it must have been hard at times. Not only have you lost weight but you've also become super fit! Never ever look in the mirror and not like yourself - just be very proud of your amazing achievement. If you aren't an inspiration to everyone on here then I give up!! :-)

What a shame you don't complete your diary - that would really help you! Me? I'd enjoy my birthday and love my mum all the more for making such an effort then get back on track. Not knowing how you normally eat makes it hard to help but, assuming you do good, one day isn't going to break the bank and would make your lovely…
