I agree...i eat what i want too, just not as much of it, and just not at every single meal.....So, i can still have Pizza and Ice Cream and potato chips as long as i know it stays within my 1200....Limiting yourself too much is what makes it hard to stay on the program and easier to fall off the wagon....I dont feel food…

I do 30 day shred, and now i added on shredding with weights...so its abou 45 minutes...we will see!!! But ive been stuck at no weightloss for 3 weeks now,,,,i keep holding on waiting to get over this plateau but it is very very frustrating...Stuck at 10lb loss!

I have TERRIBLE tendontitis in my knees so when i do certain excersizes that require alot of impact (jump rope) im in excrutiating pain next day....so when my excersize video calls for jump rope, i jog in place or do jump jacks insead because the impact on my knee isnt as bad...

Matt,,,welcome... If you stick to this website and App,,,u will definetly see a difference. This is the healthies and best way to loose the weight and keep it off....Just remember, calories in, calories out....LOG EVERYTHING YOU EAT.... If you know you will go over your calories on the weekend, then get out there and do 20…

Keeping a food journal and really understanding what im eating is what is keeping me going..And I love the droid app,,easy and simple...not so complicated like the rest of the apps out there for Calorie counting...

I put all of Jilian Michaels DVD's in as Circuit Training, and then input how long i excersized...I have used a HRM as well, and its pretty accurate.

I just spoke to one of our PhD nutrtionists/dietician at work, and he said that unsweetened tea can actually be counted as part of your water consumption....makes me very happy! :drinker:

I do log it, but the Nurtion value is ZERO calories for brewed tea....

OMG...same thing is happening to me...I have been starving last few days, no matter how much i eat..im eatlin little snacks here and there, and i just keep being hungry..Im still staying with my 1200 calories, but somthing seems off.

Try going to calorie king or another calorie counter on the internet and just take the average...its very difficult to calculate somthing like that, especially if you are eating out....

Not necessary to eat them, as long as you are eating 1200 a day,,,do not go below this if you plan on working out frequently....You will put yourself in starvation mode and sabotage the diet...Keep it up!

I think you would only start getting "bigger" after you have burned all the fat, and have only muscle left to build......I would stick to ab excersices along with cardio because they too are burning fat.

Its not as hard to only eat 1200 calories if you familiraize yourself with Nutrition, cooking, and recipes...That really really helps....But, it certainly takes discipline and pre planning.
