The only advice i have is TIME....unfortunately its hard to target one specific area...Cardio and fat burn work together to reduce fat al together.. Keep at it with the cardio and pay attention to calories in and calories out, and eventually you WILL see results. Dont give up.

Grilled Chicken breast A lot of Veggie burgers on 100 cal bagels Salad Left over Dinner....(i make exttra on purpose to bring for lunch next day) I eat A lot of home made Soups

Spicy Pork Rinds, Beef Jerky, Mission Low Carb Wraps are great, Hummus, Olives, Alpine lace cheese,,,I always keep boiled eggs or grilled chicken strips handy...... Any vegetable that i can bake to make crunchy to satisfy my chip craving.....Baked kale leaves come out great and crunchy..

It too,k, me about 5 or 6 weeks for my weight to become steady....for 3 weeks i didnt move an ounce, now its stable....Hang in there, your body needs to adjust.... If you watch the biggest looser or any of those weight loss shows, you will notice that usually at week 3 they either gain back or dont loose at all......

I have the same type of job....I just started walking for 20-25 minutes during lunch outside using a tracker on my cellphone called Cardiotracker and i burn about 130 - 150 calories walking briskly. I also do Jilian Michaels DVD's or the free excersize videos on Cable when i can about 3 or 4 times a week for about 30…

None of the places i go have nutritional information, makes it soo hard to figure out what im eating when i go out.

I DEFINETLY HAVE THE SAME ISSUE...so far it has really impaired my weight loss, probablly just slows it down a bit....But, compared to how i use to eat, im still better off.

Chicken quesadillas...using low fat or low carb wraps...or Chicken/Bean burrrito,,,or chicken soup....chicken and rice, chicken pot pie using the reduced fat croissant roles, lettuce wraps with peanut chicken

Rice vs. pasta...not much of a difference. The effects of Diet Soda My morning coffee alone costs me about 100cal a day! (big one to get over, trying to not use milk now) PEANUTS----might be healthier than potato chips, but my god, a tiny handful is way too many caloires for me to give up!!!

I was just told yesterday that i have an underactive thyroide after a blood test and started Synthoid 100mg today.....im still in shock and will see and endocrinologist tomorrow.....

Friday: 3 glasses wine & 4 Rum and Diet Cokes.....needless to say, today is a hangover day!

Keep to MFP every day until you reach your goal, track EVERY SINGLE THING YOU EAT, and if you over eat some days, dont worry...just burn off the extra calories doing some excersize!!! THATS IT..
