I had an anxiety attack that put me in the hospital overnight... doc put me on cymbalta... um... my weight loss stalled... until I stopped taking it due to an allergy to the meds... This is on point!! I am still 80 lbs from my goal weight but I have been doing lat work... and its whittled my waist... I used to be a circle... now I have that hourglass shape!

Self fulfilling prophecy... I used to think this when I was 375 lbs... now I am in no way a skinny Minnie... I am not as fat as I used to be and I work hard every day to make sure I never go back there... and I may NEVER get skinny... but I will be fit, lean and healthy... and PHAT in all the right places...

Exactly this!! One week I had an overwhelming craving for chicken nuggets... WAY over on cals... still lost that week..I don't stress the occasional overage... glad you don't either...

I'm a newbie to weight training... but I walk daily (2.5 miles) and I do stairs 3 times a week... oh and I have an arthritic knee... any pointers as to how I can strengthen and tone?

portion sizes for sure!! I realized that I had to buy a food scale... cuz my eyeballing it had me WAY off... Working out like crazy and supposedly eating right yet no evidence on the scale... yeah... calories way underestimated... I even gained a pound!
