I loved the shred - it's hard. HARD. But its also amazing!! I also loved Zumba - it's quite the workout and fun at the same time. I LOVE deep water aerobics - I add ankle weights & fin gloves to make it an even harder workout. I also love water zumba. At home I will do step aerobics or kettlebells. What about you, what is your favorite :smile:

Something I do is mix a large tablespoon of Peanut Butter & Co Dark Chocolate Dream (basically peanut butter and cocoa I think) with about 2 cups of whipped cream - I get the fat free. Then I spread about a tablespoon of this onto a graham cracker that I've broken into 2 pcs and make a lil sandwich out of it. I keep them…

I regularly get my chargers off ebay for super cheap. Regularly because my children snag mine constantly... Last time I bought 5, yep 5 of the usb ones and I honestly only have 2 that haven't disappeared!

I just don't allow them to weigh me. I tell them if I suddenly start dropping weight I will let them know (once I hit my goal of course :wink: ) they just laugh and we move on into the room...

I think that some people probably DO notice but don't say anything just in case they are wrong & we really haven't lost weight. I really love my kettlebells - the workouts are very low impact and yet burn an amazing amount of calories! I have a set by Kathy Smith that came with a dvd (cost about $30) but I will also do some routines that I find on youtube. I have also gone through the JM 30 day shred and a few other dvd's. I regularly buy a 15lb bag of apples, honeycrisp, for $5 outside our local Costco store. 15lbs is an awful lot of apples and it seems like i will end up with anywhere from 5-10 apples that sit in my fruit bowl too long.
