First Post - First Progress Photos!

My highest weight was 240 and I'm at 215.2 right now. Even though there is only a six pound difference in the pictures, you can obviously tell I have lost inches. People have to realize that the number on the scale isn't always a good indicator of how far you've come. Take measurements!

    awesome! i totally agree about measuring your inches, i only use the scale every now and then but inches is where it is at! Good job!

    wow that is really awesome! i went from 229 to 115 and i can see a difference around my midsection and my pants are looser so i'll take it ;) congrats on your success!

    WOW. That is totally TOTALLY amazing!! I can't believe that is just 6lbs. Thanks so much for posting this - I haven't lost anything for months and yet I am losing inches which makes me not want to give up!! These photo's are so encouraging!
