Negative. You're missing a lot of body parts in that plan. Squats (including pistol squats), lunges, push ups (including pike push ups or handstand push ups), inverted rows, dips, box jumps. Also, I'd recommend some METCON classics for cardio such as burpees, box jumps, running, jump rope.

Strong lifts is a great program for beginners if they have someone to help them with form. If you're truly a beginner I wouldn't do any sort of lifting without the assistance of a trainer.

It's intimidating no doubt and can definitely make you feel self concious, but you know what I say to that? Suck it up. Don't sabotage your whole week with a cheat day. Do a cheat meal where you have 2-3 hours where you get to eat whatever you want.
