yumm! I love Asian food! I would love the curries mentioned on the next photo.. but im guessing they are not as healthy a choice as the stir fry's/soups. the chicken stir fry's mentioned in the other posts sound like the safer options! have a great time :)

firstly wow, your stats and goals etc are basically exactly the same as mine. I had these same worries as I reached my goal weight (or even a bit below), and honestly still do. try increasing your calories in 100 kcal increments (maybe weekly), as it allows your mind to adjust to eating more. I am eating approximately 1750…

yes I agree with the others that all icecream is okay in moderation, however I also know that skinny cow tastes ABSOLTUELY incredible.. and fits my macros a hell of a lot better than the others I would choose. so I say skinny cow all the way (I have a skinny cow sundae EVERY night! ) :)

bump! I feel the exact same way and have also been experiencing weight fluctuations (temporary losses and gains)... plus have the constant feeling of looking bigger (not only bloated but my arms, legs and tummy actually look bigger).

THIS! i particularly encourage cutting the veggies up into thin slices - like chips - and braising them with olive oil. delicious.... especially sweet potato and zucchini for me :)

today i cut up an apple into tiny pieces and microwaved it for 2 minutes. then i added 200g of plain natural yogurt and mixed it together. then i put it in the freezer for two hours and ate as is. absolutly delicious and very simple :)
