Someone ask me in another thread to share this but rather than hijack that thread I figure this is a more appropriate place.
1 - Flat Out Light Wraps (Italian Herb)
4.5 Oz - Tyson's Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Chunks
1/2 cup (56g) - Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
2 Tbsp - Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp - Louisiana brand Perfect Hot Sauce
Preheat your oven to 400F degrees
Microwave the frozen chicken on high for 1:30
Lightly grease a cookie sheet and lay the Flatbread wrap on it
Spread the BBQ and Hot Sauce across the flatbread with the back of a spoon
Place the chicken on the flatbread as desired
Spread the shredded cheese across the pizza
Bake on the bottom rack of your oven for 6-8 minutes or until the crust is to desired crispiness
Serves:1
Calories: 500
Carbs: 37g
Fat: 18g
Protein: 60g

HINT: Reduce calories by reducing the chicken to 3 oz. Reduce fat and calories by reducing the amount of cheese.

I love making pizzas with Flatout Flat Bread. I use the lite versions. If you check Flatout Flat Bread FB page, they have lots of recipes for pizzas too.
My BBQ Chicken is fairly similar to yours except I just cook my own chicken tenderloins.0 -
