I'm on the same boat. Ever since knee surgery, doc told me I needed to strengthen my glutes. I just started doing squats at home to see how it goes. BTW, going up the stairs would be great except that my knee hurts when going down :/

I did the Atkins diet prior to joing MFP. I am struggling to eat "normal" without gaining my weight back. I haven't found my balance yet!! Sorry, no advice here but I hear ya!!

I have a Clif Bar every morning :) My favorite is the white chocolate macadamian but the peanut butter is good too!!
