So according to MFP, I can only have 24g of sugar. That just seems a bit low considering that almost everything has sugar. Including yummy fruit. So, in order to stay under, I have been eating less..... Tips?!

Added sugars are what's targeted, not natural.0

I agree. Fruit is too essential for your diet. Don't avoid it. Just the sugary treats - donuts, cookies, cakes, etc.0

I track total carbs rather than sugars. I rarely go over.0

Just turn off the sugar tracking in your diary settings.
