  • I am sorry to hear about your scale frustration. I am there with you but not as bad. I did see a loss but as you know I am still up .6lbs from last week. Grrrrr but I can't be discouraged since my measurements are the same as they were 2 week ago when I was at my lowest and clearly it isn't fat but still you can't help but…
  • Oh I understand your rant. It is hard not to see that immediate result (that the scale gives us) when we know we are working so damn hard!!! You know it isn't the cake that made you gain 2lbs so you just want to throw the scale out the window!! haha. Hopefully it was a fluke and will be right back down. It is so hard to…
  • I finished three rounds of it and loved it! Here are my results from round 1: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/jennieodwyer/view/my-results-from-supreme-90-day-209835 Here are my results from round 2: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/jennieodwyer/view/my-second-round-of-supreme-90-day-results-pictures-282229 Here are my…
  • Ahh yes party planning and pinterest. It is a lethal combination!! haha And for me OPT remix is just too much work. I am overwhelmed right now with what recipes to make for next week with all those damn carbs. haha! I am at a loss. I am much more in the zone with 50% protein than 50% carbs. I thought it would be fun and…
  • I survived lunch! No bread, crackers, risotto or booze (wine and mimosas were served, hehe). I stuck with the spinach salad (light dressing), the chicken dish with the 2 (yes 2) shrimp and veggies. The only thing I think I could have done better at what the tres leches cake. I scrapped off the frosting and had half a…
  • I survived the weekend without issue. I am determined to get off not only the extra 2.2lbs that was on the scale last week but I want to see some sort of loss so I need to see a 3 yes 3 pound loss on the scale this week to make that happen. So that is going to be impossible. My diet has been awesome as have my…
  • I will have to look into the foam roller. So glad to hear you are seeing results in the pictures even if the scale isn't moving for you. The scale moved for me but is a crazy jump up. haha up over 2 pounds and way back over 130. 130.8 lbs to be exact. SOOOOO not happy. Had a meltdown on the scale, not going to lie. I need…
  • What a little sneak! So cute! I can totally see Josie doing something like this once she is in a toddler bed (which is why we are not putting her in one until she climbs out of the crib or turns 3, haha). We definitely need to contain her as long as we can! I have been curious about the foam roller as I wasn't sure if it…
  • Yeah I know I have to move on but I am just so annoyed that I was doing so well and I just blew it. It might not be a big thing but it could be a huge rebound. As you know, you just never know. hisssss. Oh well I cut my calories a little on Monday to try to help but then I just moved on and I am eating normally with the LP…
  • I am in the first week of Lean (I have Lean 3 tomorrow). Forget the pushups, I apparently have no balance on half these moves and tip over!
  • Glad to hear you had a nice long weekend. I was killing it with my workouts but I had a total crash and burn with my diet. The first since the start of LP. Sigh. I went to the brunch at my parents and I was doing so well. It was hard to just eat small amounts but I did it! I was so proud. Then we go out shopping at a kid's…
  • Just finished push and will be moving on to Lean tomorrow. So excited (yet a bit nervous). I hear this is were the magic happens. Any truth to that from veterans of CLX?
  • So glad to hear you are good to go. Yeah I was really pleased with this morning's weigh in. I was well below 130 and I haven't been this weight in over 6 months. I am like 2 pounds away from my all time low (which I held for like a day and then bounced up). I have been happy with the program because I think it is very…
  • Yeah exactly! I am close but not exactly where I want to be body comp wise. I really want to lose 4% or so of BF to lean out my legs a little (since everything else has leaned out decently and the lowed body is the last to go for sure!) BUT I know I can't keep up strict dieting the whole time. I really do want to get to a…
  • Yeah I like it and it gives great data but it can make you a little obsessed (as if I wasn't already). haha! I read an article a while go (maybe it was LP) that said a lot of what people deem to be daily lower calorie burn after they have been working out for a while (adaptive metabolism or whatever) isn't necessarily…
  • I am liking it a lot. The only thing that I think it has issue with is activity level when working out with something that doesn't involve a ton of arm movement. So I just fix that issue by doing an "off body" edit. Basically if you have the band off for more than 30 minutes at a time, it lets you log what you did during…
  • Have you seen the set at Target? I have tried to find it at a bunch of Targets by me and haven't found it :*(
  • I am at a fairly high deficit and eat between 1650-1700 currently. My average TDEE is 2400
  • Glad to hear you made it though the storm and the weekend (even if you were sick  ). Things went well for me. I did well at the birthday party and kept the chicken nuggets to 5 and only half a cupcake. I did go overboard on the fruit salad and the grape tomatoes with greek yogurt dressing. Hey if you are going to…
  • If you like JM try Jackie Warner. Oh the pain you will feel :)
  • Kudos to you for getting things done at night! I am feeling the lack of sleep this morning. Thursdays are rough since I am out late volunteering on Wednesday night and then that 5am workout comes fast the next day. So I am usually running on less than 6 hours of sleep on Thursdays (as I am right now, haha) Yeah it is…
  • I am sure by the end of the day you will be dying for that workout! I generally can never get motivated to workout at night. I agree with that sign that says " workout first thing in the morning before your brain figures out what you are doing" haha that is me. I am just on autopilot getting up and going, whereas at night…
  • It is hard (but is a good workout, especially for the triceps, haha) to run with a jogging stroller. If you are looking at serious running (like marathon training) you need a fixed wheel jogging stroller. If you are like me and are just a casual runner you might prefer the swivel wheel with a lock option since you can use…
  • Oh I know what you mean with the coffee. I actually started drinking coffee about 6 months ago for the ummmm bowel movement assistance it offers  and yeah I feel like I am high too when I have it. If I make it too strong I feel like I am getting the shakes. haha But I know I tend to be sensitive to caffeine…
  • I actually haven't gotten to Lean yet. It is Push 2 and Burn 2 that are my favorites. I did extreme abs for the first time time this morning. Yeah that wasn't so fun. And who are these new people in the video? So glad you are feeling it in Lean I can't wait to try it out
  • Eggs chicken brocolli tuna So exciting right?
  • That is awesome. Keep going!
  • I hear you on the weekend being a bust. I was on track this weekend but I know I will not be as lucky this coming weekend since I am taking Josie to a party that is being fully catered and certainly there will be cake! So I know I will not be 100% but I am more motivated than ever on this plan because I don't want to eff…
  • Well that is awesome that you stayed the same since I am sure you will see a major drop once your TOM passes and once you get unclogged. I saw a good loss and was pleased with that but as I stated before I worry that I will see some rebound which will annoy me for sure! But I am hoping for the best. I will be hitting the…
  • I love Bolthouse yogurt dressings. The salsa ranch and regular ranch are my favorites but the Parmesan and honey mustard are also good. They are just hard to find. But the stats are great for store bought dressings.
