I'm not going to purchase this but I thought it was interesting that the HSN version has nine DVDs while the JNL website has 13 DVDs. I've also heard that some Target's have the nine DVD version for $69. I was just thinking to myself does that mean that you really only need the nine DVDs to get in shape?

Have you seen the set at Target? I have tried to find it at a bunch of Targets by me and haven't found it :*(

She had A LOT of workouts for free on her website. Before she put the DVD's out I watched every single one of them and wrote down each circuit of each workout and made my own daily routine based on that. You might check to see if the workouts are still free and save yourself some money! Just a thought! :)

Actually - the workouts are on You Tube. Here is a sample of one. She shows you one set (of 3) of each circuit to do. I just wrote down each move and went from there!

I've just bought the 12 version. In the UK, Argos do a 6DVD version. You can also get an extra pack with an e tra 3 DVDS. I like variety so went for the more DVDs. All depends on what you want to spend I suppose.

I sent it back. Couldn't stand her after watching it once. The demo DVD had me in hysterics though - the facial expressions on those two demonstrators. PLEASE tell me they weren't serious.
