I do not believe you "listen" to your body. My body will say have more wine and chocolate, it always takes me in the wrong. I eat my calories, I am not hungry. I drink them. You do not have to deprive yourself to lose weight. I agree, I think you are eating more than you realize.

Instead of relying solely on the scale for gratification and encouragement, I would buy a measuring tape. The scale does not accurately represent your hard work.

Then why did you say it. I am celiac, you learn to adjust. It really sounds like you just want to justify not eating properly to fuel your body. I am not being mean but I really think you need to talk to a professional.

With all due respect, you need to understand your BMR. You should not eat under too long. 1200 is not a magic number. You said yourself you fell off the wagon. My BMR is 1480, I never eat below that. I do not want to be skinny fat, where I lose more muscle. I am just saying research more.

I don't eat below my BMR and I am not on a diet. I would do more research but your mom is right, you should never eat below 1200.

Exactly, I almost felt a bit safe because it was Tyrian. But that was my own fault.

The gore is bad, but that is not what fundamentally bothered me. I am really upset because I do not know how Tyriain gets out of dying. I really do not want to see that.

I respectfully disagree, there are always good guys. None better on that show in my opinion than Tyrian. Not at this point at least.

You know for the first time I am really considering walking away from this one. I might feel differently by Sunday. But I feel like, "Come on, we get it, you like to kill the good guys." It is becoming more expected than shocked. I am not sure if I want to see if Tyrian gets it, because he is my favorite.

I really like where they are going with Sansa. Was there a point to the beetle smashing story. I was sitting by myself watching this morning. I threw my hands over my eyes. It was so intense. I have never watched a show like this. I confess I was shaking.

I do it every morning, I do not super high expectations but it really makes my teeth feel clean. I then rinse with salt water, brush my teeth, and rinse with salt water. No I do not count it as calories.

Regardless of everything, it is unnecessary to eat below 1200 to lose. You just don't have to go that route. I lose on 1700 calories a day, I eat back my calories. I consistently lose. I am 5'5. Why do it if you do not have to do it.

LOL, don't everyone jump at once. I would start with the hand weights. I do three sets of ten of everything and alternate. I would google hand weights exercises, like arm curls.

If you are eating less than you BMR, you are starving yourself. Just because you feel full, does not mean it is healthy. I would research TDEE, BMR and ate least eat back your calories. 1200 is not a magic number for all, it is just the lowest MFP uses.

You do not have to starve yourself to lose weight. If you are eating that little, how do you possibly have energy to exercise? You are not gaining fat unless you are going over your calories and exercise or TDEE. You could be damaging your metabolism. Once again, you do not have to starve yourself. That is not what MFP is…

Your body has to have a certain amount of calories to maintain basic functions. Your BMR is is what you burn doing absolutely nothing. You should not eat under that number. You are going to destroy your metabolism and lose muscle. On my run days, I need food or I am super cranky and down right mean. Seriously you may need to talk to someone. The scale not reliable for health and change. Get a tape measure, toss the scale and for goodness sakes eat more.
