  • I'm Wendy, I'm a mother of 2 girls and grandmother to 2 girls. My daughter introduced me to this site with hopes that we will support each other in getting fit. We plan a summer vacation on the beach and I don't want to look like a beached whale.

  • My daughter pointed me to this website. I'm doing well with the diet, but not so well in the exercise part. I need encouragement, I need nothing more......just need to get on the treadmill that I saved money to get. I'm going to the beach, and I don't to be any more embarassed.:blushing:
