I did some research on both and ended up last December with Body Media. I have been faithful to it and now with the newest enhancements between MFP and BM it's even better. I am a stress eater, sleeper and calorie burner so it was helpful to see my resting percentages and to see if some natural vitamins help the…

I lost the bulk of my weight prior to my divorce and lost an additional 10 during the court hearings. I have since gained back 2-3 years 20 of the 60. It's very hard to get motivated again especially when you NEVER thoguht it was going to happen. I can suggest the following as I had folks tell me the same thing: STOP your…

I really like my Body Media Fit. It keeps me accountable all day with my app loaded on my Iphone. I also see how sleep affects my performance and how well I sleep.

Agree with the others. I have put 20 lbs back on due to stress (eating hasn't changed if anything got better). I am back on the yoga/meditation/yin (restorative) yoga kick. I know more exercise and activity also burns through the stress. Keep going and your body will respond eventually on what it needs. Good luck to you.

No because my gym get's poor reception for 3G service and wanted a printable item.

I wish I could offer advise but I am right there. I quit in December and have gained almost 20 lbs. I have smoked again the past couple of weeks and have a new quit date of July 4th (freedom from this horrible habit). I would also love to hear of any success. I felt tired and stress levels soared. Looking for the same…

I purchased the body media at the beginning of the year through Costco. I have fallen in love with it. What I "thought" I was doing vs what I really was doing was black and white with this. Great tool!

I have been at Lifetime Fitness for over 4 years (yeah on and off) and notice if you go earlier, there are really people wanting to be there to take care of their bodies and not worry about others. After work crowd seems a little more snobby but all around, a good exereience. Go to the gym for you and forget about all…
