  • Just completed day 1 level 1 yesterday for the first time. It is a great workout even when doing the gym and a good 20 min option. It involves jumping jacks, squats, lunges but think you can modify for your knees. The key is to build muscles around it! Good luck.

  • Great idea! Need the motivation to move my tush! Starting low for my week one of this challenge. 2000 cal burn. Question, what time do I post and where do I go to post, I haven't done one of these threads before.
  • I am a mom of 2 who also has climbed the scales after they fell prior. . . Welcome the friend request.
  • I am grateful for so many things but today, grateful my grumpy Monday morning attitude didn't win and I hit the gym this am before work. I am grateful for two healthy kids, 3 generations in my home, and support from my MFP family. Without you all, I would have no where to share the real skinny me (I know's she's here!).…
  • It's amazing how strangers keep you motivated and you feel accountable to. Good luck with your journey and welcome a friend request.
  • I live in Sunny Arizona. You know when you are blow drying your hair and it's just hot air. . . .that's August for us where the pool is bath water and the air is a blow dryer. . . . That's unmotivating because you don't want to leave the 76 degree air conditioned home!
  • I am most looking forward to when I reach my goals: 1). That I can go to the beach and not be pointed at our stand out among the crowd. (I will have to work on a tan though for these white legs). 2). To wear sleeveless gown for my boyfriend's military ball and not be embarrassed. 3). To feel good inside AND outside about…
  • I am that height and I am not focused on weight but fat mass in body and size 8 is my goal. I am 186 in a size 12 now.
  • Congrats! Keep up the work. It's paying off and showing it!
  • A friend turned me onto it and bought me the regular and the new chocolate. WOOT WOOT! Amazing stuff and well worth every 45 calories:)
  • Thanks for the uplifting post. What made me smile today? Driving home from the gym this morning with a workout checked off my list, relaxing the am with the kids while I am on vacation!
  • Half of the battle is to get to bed to get your rest. Without proper rest, I didn't lose my weight a couple years back. Just started my morning routing again this morning. Went to bed late last night at 9:30 but up at 4am and feel good. Best of luck to you.
  • When I had a trainer last summer, she told me to have a piece of string cheese or a hard boiled egg before I go. Since I got up at 4am, I ate in the car the cheese but think you need something to keep your engery going.
  • Great job on pounds lost. Keep it up!
  • I initially lost 60lbs on WW 3 years ago. Over the past 3 years I have gained 20 lbs back. I have just started MFP as I tried WW points plus since January with NO success. I feel this is soo much easier to track and more foods than the WW mobile system. I also feel that this is a good transition for when you finally hit…
  • Thanks all. Might need to purchase one for home so I can utilize my gym time on the machines and in front of a mirror:)
  • Welcome. I am also fairly new on this site as I only used it in the past to look up activity and calorie burn. I also was very successful on WW in the past (60lbs) and also feel I need a very easy system as the new Points plus system was difficult to follow. I have enjoyed my logging and meeting new people with my same…
  • Thank you everyone. Would love to be added as friends to start my successful MFP journey. I am up at 4 for the office but when I lost my 60 I was at the gym at 3am. Determination did pay off. Just need to head to bed earlier to get my grove on at the gym.
