    I am definitely in again!!! I passed my goal of 3500 last week, so now I'm going to push for 4000...I know I can do it! Good luck to you all, and happy losing!

    well I have accepted this challenge and I am glad to report I have burned 3780 to date.

    Monday 23/5/11 686 calories 30 minutes exercise bike 30minutes strength training and 20min on the Wii Fit exercise.
    Tuesday 24/5/11 1187 calories 30 minutes shape boxing 45 minutes exercise bike and 15 minutes strength training
    Wednesday 25/5/11 1022 calories 60 minutes (25km) on exercise bike
    Thursday 26/5/11 885 calories 50 minutes exercise bike.
