    Now that sounds like a great challenge, think I will burn about 800 today but Monday is one of the better days of the week :-)

    Monday 793
    300 Tone and stretch class 60mins
    352 Swimming, breaststroke, general 40 mins 1k
    141 Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) 15mins to the class

    Tuesday 986
    986 cycling 16 miles in 2 hours

    Wednesday 600
    600 Running 10min mile 6miles in 1 hour
