I know :) A trainer at the gym I work at (I work in the nursery lol) gave me a routine to do in the morning that will only take about 30-45 minutes. I also checked out fitness blender on YouTube, like a previous person suggested, and they do have some good videos on there too!

Just buy an elliptical or treadmill (you can get a good, inexpensive one at walmart or on amazon.com...if you don't have one already), some dvd's (30 day shred is good or anything Jillian Michaels IMO lol), dumbells, jump rope, exercise ball or whatever you need and you got your very own at home gym :). I usually eat 3 egg whites with 1/3 c of weight watchers cheese and make an omlet. You can add mushrooms, onions, w/e you want. I usually have a meal once a week that I'm not supposed to eat on a normal basis....like yesterday, I took my daughter to McDonald's for lunch to get a happy meal and of course I couldn't help but splurge lol. still counted it in my diary and was shocked at how much fat and carbs and all that I consumed!!!! I tried the ECA stack before cuz a trainer recommended me the same thing. It made me feel jittery and sick from the ephedrin and caffine together. Ephedrin is also dangerous (which i found out later). I wouldnt really tell most people to try that because you dont know how they will react to it and again...its not that…
