I hate weekends
Why is it sooo hard for most people (including me) to stick to their diet through the weekend??? Its like, when Saturday comes I just feel compelled to cheat lol. Plateau
I heard that if you lay off weights for about a week (if you weight train) and then start weight lifting again the next week that it helps your body not to hit a plateau.....anyone know how true that is??

protein and calories
Is it bad to always go way over on my protein? And also, when it says that we've earned so many more calories for working out does that mean we should eat that much more? Why would I wanna eat what I burned off :-/
