My husband and I did nutrisystem about 6 years ago and lost alot of weight and we were always full. I would never do it now just for the fact that I know I can get the same results by eating balanced meals and excersize but at the time it was perfect for us. It is easy and they do all the calculations for you :) Just keep…

I started my lifestyle change 2 years ago at 179 (and 5"1') It has been a long journey but have enjoyed every bit of it. I have about 10-12 left to lose and MFP has been a huge help in my calorie intake :) I wish you all the luck and can tell you that it is possible even when it feels impossible!
