Using the nutritional info given here, if you cooked 1/4 cup it would consist of 160 calories after cooking with water only. Weigh it cooked. I eat tons of veggies as im a vegetarian and I must say i tend not to obsess over the calories in low cal vegetables eg lettuce cucumber tomatoes cabbage etc.....i guestimate the calories there. I agree with you, but dont weigh everyday. i may go a week, two weeks or maybe a few days depending on my eating and life habits. Whats great is I dont stress about the number so much now. I think intuitive eating is possibly a natural way to eat, but you have to be mindful of the years and years we probably used food for reasons other than just to sustain life. I can do cardio on empty stomach without a problem but i must cool down slowly or I feel sick as a dog and my head spins like mad whether I have eaten or not. My guess is the blood is pumping to your legs and arms but as you have come to a sudden stop it is pooling in your muscles. Euck.

I know this site is about eating healthy and losing weight etc, but once in a while it wont hurt to not concern yourself with it to that degree. Endomondo on my mobile is good for tracking my cycling and trekking. Bit heavy on battery and ran out half way through a trek (annoyingly) but that's probably my Samsung Galaxy's fault'.
