do you do a full body workout 1x a week??

thanks guys. I know I won't lose the 10-15lbs before summer, that's my long term goal. I was doing the LiveFit program from bodybuilding.com but it doesn't have any cardio the first month...guess I can add my own in right?? any suggestions on good HIIT?? is it like interval sprints and such?

I am eating more than that...sometimes i forgot to log some stuff. and like sunday, I snacked so horribly that I didnt log it. But I do agree that i need to be eating more, healthy meals.

I promise I felt the SAME way Julie! I mean I had probably 5 servings a day of just plain milk. in my cereal, with cookies, just by itself! no joke. also, this post is in NO way to try and persuade anyone to believe what i believe!
