banana for your carb and a lean protein such as whey just after your workout.... then an hour or so after that have a small meal....

oh its awesome! i love taking it when they play techno music! our classroom as a disco ball and strobe lights! and we turn the lights out.... its so much fun! :)

yeah i have a friend who's similar.... lol i eventually quit asking her to participate with me and asking her to come with me to the gym and then she complains about how she needs to lose some weight but then eats junk and drinks all the time. HA! oh well.... you keep doing what your doing and feel proud that you're doing…

if youre going to delete it you should at least keep a food journal and keep track of your calories and make sure you arent going over your set calories for weight loss..... if you don't then you may just end up gaining more and more... good luck

peanut butter and apples and banana :) i use the smuckers natural organic! 100 cals a tbsp.... have a few! :)

try a chocolate or vanilla whey protein shake with bananas, peanut butter, almond milk or plain greek yogurt and ice.... or try a meal replacement shake post workout.... that should help with adding calories since you cant eat that many....

what are you eating??? Are you anywhere near the time of your MP??? i don't bother getting on the scale a week prior to mine.... i gain up to 5 pounds that week prior sometimes... but a day or two after its gone it all goes away...

I use to weigh 245 pounds and sit on my butt eating and watching tv for fun..... ive learned to love the gym and outside activities.... im not at my goal weight yet and recently gained 12 pounds (from the fire academy)…
