I concur, but remember lifting weights won't exactly leave you looking like that. The woman in the picture is tolerable but she is not my type. Do not fear sugars from fruit/veg, even carrots which are high. Fruits and vegetables are healthy, and vary from their richness in sugar and fiber. Avoid all kinds of processed, refined sugar. Fiber in fruits allows a slow absorption of the sugar and allowing the body to adequately set up controls.
