SHE'S A WITCH! Throw her in the river!

Your diary isn't public, so I can't help all that much. But if you're working out that often, make sure you're eating enough. 1200 cals is generally too low for 5-6 days/week exercise (of course depending on your current height/weight). I made that mistake, was tired ALL THE TIME, and finally figured out I wasn't fueling…

94.23% of all statistics are fabricated. ETA: 'Murica...eff yeahh.

Bump! I'm starting grad school in the fall, and I'm taking a calculus-based modeling and simulation class when I haven't taken a lick of math since freshman year of undergrad. I also used to reward myself with cheesecake from the Italian place down the street...or garlic knots. Haha

Grapes (50 g = < 50 cal), Trader Joe's fruit wraps (50 cal, super tasty for a sweet treat), Trader Joe's turkey corn dogs (170 cal om nom!), various oatmeal flavors (130 cal), fruit smoothies with yogurt and protein and soy milk (<200 cal), lettuce wraps (depends on the meat/condiments, etc. But <100 cal with 2oz turkey,…

I log them when I make a recipe...that way I don't have to troll around on the internet to find the recipe again. :)

- Light Deli sliced Ham, light mayo, lettuce, avocado and tomatoes - Hummus, lettuce, tomato, dijon mustard, any protein you like (I like leftover pork loin from the night before), banana peppers, any other veg in my fridge I wanna get rid of :)

The one I order is 260 cal...it's totally possible depending on your tastes. The creamy sauces are where they get you with the cals! :P

If I don't watch Netflix while on the machine, then I get bored. I'm much more motivated during a really intense scene with Mulder and Scully than when I'm just staring at a wall. ETA: Reading on any cardio machine makes me nauseas...haha kind of like being carsick. Too hard to focus on the small words. o.O

Roasted corn with old bay or some other seasoning, without butter. :D My favorite fair food!!

Deodorant helps, from what I've heard. (It also helps prevent razor bumps from a bikini line shave, too!)

Unless you have a medical reason to limit protein, don't bother. Keep doing what you're doing. It'll help build lean muscle if you lift. I get >100 g protein daily. :)

No it doesn't. It's more dense.

Congrats! That's a big victory! :) Most people don't have that type of self control. :) I only caved for pizza once...I was only able to eat one slice and afterwards I felt like throwing up. o.O I learned my lesson. Haha now I don't feel so bad about saying no :P

Bump, I'm curious, too. I always just log the full amount that I put in when I started cooking.

Take a daily multi vitamin! :) I used to get woken up ALL the time from charlie horses, and I'd cry they hurt so bad. They stopped when I started taking a multi, and I missed a couple days and I was woken up with the WORST cramp the other night!

You eat a lot of fried/greasy fast food. I mean, I eat out a lot, as I'm all for eating in a "IIFYM" style...but you're not exactly eating to meet any macros and going over on your cals almost every day. Try making healthier options if you have to have fast food, like grilled chicken and a small fry (or not fries and a…

Use a hand grater to fine grate veggies in to sauces (like marinara and spaghetti sauce and chili, etc.). It gets my picky eater to eat veggies without knowing it and boosts the nutritional content. :)

QFT. I just have to walk away.

This. And to get abs...

I should also mention I won't spend money on candy crush. I'd rather buy McDonalds food for Monopoly pieces. Oh, and I'm broke.

I'm out of lives on ipad, computer and phone. Don't judge.

I hate tea. HOWEVER. I spitz a little Mio lemonade flavor in to it, and it changes the whole taste around. :) Just enough to add a teeny bit of flavor/sweetness and so it isn't so dry. :) Hope this helps! :D

They really want to be on the show Catfish to provide entertainment for the rest of us. :)

As for not wanting to waste leftover food? Take it to a local food bank or church, they can ALWAYS use the extra food. :)

I watch Dr Who on my iPad while on the treadmill/elliptical :P

YES. My fiance and I lift together. There's another couple there at the same time...and he's SUCH a jerkkk! She can do more pull-ups than me. There's an unspoken couple's rivalry and we always try to outdo each other. I thrive on competition. :P
