Alternate to Enriched White Flour...
I know I have a lot of options...what's the best? I'm using it more as a thickener in a paprikash (Hungarian paprika chicken stew). Spinach is scary...
Tonight, I was dying for an egg white/spinach/skim milk cheese omelet. DELICIOUS. Except I'm left with a huge bundle of Spinach...and all I see are dramatic flashbacks to disgusting childhood meals.
