Switching gears...what to expect!

Hey all! :) So, I'm in the midst of switching my focus from weight loss to fat loss. Yay! I'm 5'7", 135-137lbs, get >100 g protein daily (on average, more on days I lift), and I lift 4 days a week along with cardio. I usually eat ~1800-2000 cals. and never have any lack of energy. I'm satisfied with my caloric/protein/etc. intake and I've been seeing excellent strength gains! (After only 7 weeks I can squat at/above my own body weight, bench well over half my body weight, deadlift my body weight, etc.).

I've seen a stall on the scale. That being said, as I continue to lift, will my weight stay constant (aside from normal fluctuations)? Or should I expect to see a raise/drop as my body fat decreases? (From 28% - 25%, there wasn't a huge weight difference - maybe 2-3 lbs).

While I'm not necessarily concerned about weight loss anymore, this is new territory for me. :) Just curious!
Thanks in advance, loves! :D

Fat loss will = weight loss. So if the scale isn't changing, chances are your body isn't either. Yes, to some degree you could be offsetting minimal fat loss with water weight/retention. in which case scale weight loss would be masked. But speaking long term, body comp changes will be tied to scale weight changes.
