i bought the standard barbell and dumbbell set at sports challet I dont have a squat rack either I am at the end of stage 1 just finished yesterday and I feel that had I had a squat rack I could have increase my weight I was only able to make it to 60lbs

well if all the ladies in the workout dvd's can wear just the exercise bra why can't we run in them. I wish I felt comfortable doing it because it is getting HOT out here. I'm to chicken

yes gave me peroneal tendonitis if you are having pain stop try something else. It's not worth ending up injured for weeks not being able to do anything

you can add me I ride only 1or 2 times a week as my cross training for running but i love it just wish I had more time for longer rides

WOW you look great you do not look 34 or like you have had 3 kids WAY TO GO. How did you keep you skin looking so tight and smooth. I have gone from 200lbs to 124 but my skin is lumpy and not tight like that. WHat is your secret

ice ice baby. I have this and it turned into a heel spur after too long not taking care of it. Ice after exercise always . I wear super feet and have to have shoes on at all times no more bare foot :( stretches and tennis ball like others said. Roll a frozen water ball as well. KT taping is helping me as well I wear it…

I am three weeks in and fine now but the first few days I just supper hungry. I decided to up my calorie goal . I was graving sugar thou and I have not craved sugar like that in a long time

so I have a question is a stationary bike as good as going out and riding on a real bike? I go out at least 2 days a week for 10-12miles but would love a stationary bike at home as well is it worth it

yeah I noticed the more weight I am loosing the less calories I am burning doing the same exercises.

no it is not just you the balance part is so hard the first time I did them I must have fallen off the ball a dozen times i decided to let a little air out of the ball that made it a little easier

I just started last week. Today was day 3. I was so sore after day 2 those dead lifts killed my bum feeling much better today. Did 35lb squats today felt great. Those Prone jack knifes are crazy hard to keep the balance
