shoes are newer about 3 weeks old. Only been running 10 miles a week. cut back with the heat and humidity

yeah I ment laundry detergent we use the costco gentle no color do dye no smell for sensitive skin

it does say it is able to go in the washer with mild soap so i have been putting them in about once a week and air drying them maybe I will try the gel i see it pops up on amazon when you search the polar must work

no it goes from showing my heart rate to saying check monitor and goes to 00 and i have to start it all over again happens every time I work out. I did buy 2 smaller chest straps

well i have been bouncing for the last month I had dropped to 107 when i started upping my Saturday runs that was about 4weeks ago now this week I am back at 110 but I think that has to do with that time of the month

38yrs old started at 200bls and ate at 1200cal until got to goal of 120lbs upped to 1540cal. now weigh 111-114lbs varies through out the month run 3 times a week and work with heavy weights 3 times a week

I tired with 5 10 as well I was alright when it was in my right hand but the left was hard for me and my back was hurting too will try widening my stance

we need to buddy up I am just finishing stage 1 as well did my as many reps as you can workout today for A doing B on tuesday. I finished pretty close to you as far as weights go as a matter of fact our squats are the same I finished at 60lb too.(no rack doing it at home)
