Probably a stupid question but is there anyone who lifts at home?I can't afford a gym membership (not in the budget) and I want to start lifting. What can I do at home? I only have resistance bands and free weights 7 lbs, 10 lbs, and 25 lbs.

Oh and I already do dumbbell curls, squats, sumo squats with weights, dips, push ups0

I'd go for a suspension trainer.0

I started with dumbbells. This helped me a lot - http://www.dumbbell-exercises.com/0

I am doing NROL4W at home no money in the budget for a gym here0

I also do Goodmornings, bench press, overhead press, tricep extensions, and rows with dumbells. All of my strength training so far is done with dumbbells. My mind just went blank, but I do other exercises as well LOL I will try to come back and give you some more once I have a chance to review my exercise diary at home0
