Banana Protein Pancakes : )
These are delicious. And I found they didn't have that eggy flavor.
Just 2 eggs, a ripe banana and half/full scoop of protein powder.
Mash the banana and whisk in your eggs and protein powder (I used vanilla)
Here is a video on how to make them, but she doesn't add the protein powder. So you can leave it out if you don't want/have any.
ENJOY

*Waiting for the ppl who will come tell you they are NOT pancakes*
I love eating them. Cassy is great. I skip the protein though, and I use the FULL egg unlike some in here who decide to waste the yolk & only go whites. 240 cals of yummo.0 -
They look like pancakes....but WHO CARES, they are good! And the yolk isn't bad for you, I don't know what all the fuss is about...
Thanks for the warning anyways : P0 -

I know right? I love them, who cares what they are.... they are yummy. I refuse to waste an egg on just whites.... I used to eat it after my workout, but I keep forgetting to buy eggs.0 -
haha I was waiting too... "they're more like crepes" right?0

I guess... a banana omelet?
: )
She also has a video for banana oat cookies. I am eating some right now. So good with carob chips! Just banana oats and a mix in of your choice!0 -
I make something very similar but only use 1 egg and 1 banana (depends on the size). Also, I like adding cinnamon or other spices to mine.
I don't care what people call them, I call them dang delicious!0 -

Cheers for the recipe OP; I've done something similar in the past, using sweet potato instead of banana.
I'll give it a try; hopefully it'll come out better than my two-ingredient pancak/ fruity omelette concoction :Pits weird that u wouldnt just list recipe and calories
What's weird is that we're on a calorie counting site and you struggle to comprehend how to count calories.0 -
