need help how many calories to maintain

Need Help figuring this out. I have lost 90lbs over the course of about 15months
I am 63 inches tall and 110lbs right now.
I run 3 days a week 5miles 4miles and a long run around 10mils
I do weights on the other 3days and 1 day off
the rest of my day is light
I was eating 1550 over the last few months and eating back my exercise but I am finding myself very hungry lately and getting headaches some days. I am guessing I need more but how much more every site tells me something different and some give a pretty low number I know is not right. ANy help please

    You can just add 100 or 200 daily calories week until you find your weight is stable.

    How many pounds have you lost over the last four weeks? That will give you a big clue what your eventual maintenance calories end up as.

    well i have been bouncing for the last month I had dropped to 107 when i started upping my Saturday runs that was about 4weeks ago now this week I am back at 110 but I think that has to do with that time of the month
