THanks you so much for all the info I needed that. So we only have a vtiamin shop and GNC here can I find quality there or do I need to shop online. Well we do have target and walmart but sounds like that is not the best places to go.

Now according to MFP I am always over on my protein so would a protein shake be beneficial for me I do workout 6 days a week. Just looked at MFP and it tells me on 52g a day of protein so is that to low for someone who is working out 6 days a weeks

I run on average only 15miles a week. I do want to do half marathon soon. But will finish insanity first. I just did my first 10k last saturday. Right now on the days I dont run I do some sort of DVD workout like a Julian Micheals or Jackie warner DVD.

I try to log most of mine in the morning so I can see were I am. I plan our menus for dinner for the whole week every Friday so I know whats for dinner already for the whole week. then I work my other meals around that

sweet potatoes will feel you up real fast. For lunch I like to make one with some ground turkey shredded lettuce and salsa on top. Saw this on the biggest loser it is very delicious

My weight didn't go up but I am swelled blah so clothes feel tight. And this month the chocolate cravings hit hard the last 3 months I have not had the cravings.

IN the same boat as most of you 5'3" at 137lb currently and trying to get down to 120lbs. Run 3 times a week and do circuit training or Julian Michale dvds on the other days . trying to stick to 1200 calories a day and eat as clean as possible. Please feel free to friend me.

thanks I am trying to eat clean so trying to stay away from processed. I only usually have a homemade treat on saturdays for our movie nights with the kids. SO like today it is all from fruit and on yogurt
