THanks I love my shoes but I think they may be a tad big but me feet tend to swell so they put me in a half size bigger other than that I am loving the shoes. Maybe I need to try new socks. I do the vaseline thing before I go out

I am working up to a 10k I did 6.11 miles on Wed. I find that a piece of whole wheat toast with 1tablespoon of pbutter and half slice up banana on top and at least 8-16oz of water 1-1 1/2 hours before I run it just perfect.

the first time I got off the treadmill and went outside . i find it therapeudic time to clear my mind.

When I first started I would do treadmill work out in the evening . they are 30 min programs. Later I started the C25K program with it.

Kicked my butt the first time too. It takes a couple of weeks if you have never or have not exercised in a long time. You will get thru it if you stick to it. And after a while it may even feel to easy. Keep going you can do it. keep with the blonde girl until you get used to it.

Was 108 lb when I got married and quite strong age 22. 110lbs at 25 when I got pregnant with my first child. Had 4 kids in 6years. Bed rest with all 4 midway through. Then got to busy with them thought I never had time to exercise I did not take care of me. THat is how I got fat.

I think in the beginning it happens loosing fast. I lost 30lbs in 3 months when I first started exercise and counting calories. Then I hit a wall for 6months then changed up my exercise and chose to eat clean not just count calories. I lost 20lbs in 6weeks.

Yes it works I am doing clean 98% of the time and my skin and hair is even looking better. I have more energy too. After doing this diet for over a month one day I was in a hurry and ate a lean cuisine omsh was I sick after that. I am up to 5miles already. But do i do 5miles everyday for that week that I run? I run 3times a week. Or do I stick with like 3miles 2 times a week then do the long run only once a week. So much info out there.

I have JM killer buns and thighs and I would say it does work. I like it but Jullian does a lot of babbling in it .

Thinking about getting this set. Would you guys say she talks less than in her other DVD's I love the results of killer buns and thighs but cannot stand the complaining she does after a few days of it it gets on your nerves
