Sugar can definitely hinder your weight loss. Simple carbs spike your hormone levels resulting in a cascade of events causing you to store fat. Get your sugars from complex carbs as much as possible to avoid this pitfall. You can Google this and get much better explanations than I can provide here.

Sounds pretty radical but modified fasting does give the body a great chance to complete internal chores which leads to healing and repair. I say just listen to your body carefully and let that be your guide. I'd like to hear how it's going on a periodic basis. I'm going to request you as a friend.

Try forcing yourself to drink 16 oz. of water first and then wait 10 minutes before you decide if you are going to eat or drink anything else.
