I am hypothyroid too........ as well as having other autoimmune problems that compound my weight issues! Especially in the off seasons, it seems like fresh fruit just doesn't live too long ! ^ I bought a fridge thermometer as my soft fruits always went off so quick......turns out my fridge was at 7 oC and fluctuated a lot! Hi! I am going to log every day.......do 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week....and declutter my house! Not losing weight at the moment.....so would like to start re losing again - May be 4lbs in July!

No booze for 30 days! Though I have a mind to carry on after that if it works! Just perhaps have a drink on social occasions!! I used drink and for for emotional and stresses! Not good!

Great bra - thank you to the MFP'er who introduced me to enell bras. Found a very small, quieter gym with a pool - much less people around, sometimes by 100%, and the realisation that I have to do this to move forward!

Well done for dealing with such strong emotions. I can empathise with those feelings so much and can damage my diet with emotional eating/ binging. LOL! This'll be me too! OP - how about doing your exercise at a time when everyone else is asleep? Early mornings are the best for me - no family or work to disrupt my workout!
