Lots of veggies and high fiber cereal/oatmeal will get you there. If you still need more, metamucil is a quick way to get more fiber in your diet. My favorite of all I've tried is EAS whey and soy protein, vanilla..or Kroger brand version of it, it tastes the same. I mix it with almond unsweetend vanilla. Sometimes I throw some berries or flax in it....but the almond milk is my base, much better tasting than mixing with water.

I agree with others...Make sure you are eating the calories you are logging. Weigh your food. If you are and the scale isn't moving, it's a plateau. Yes it works. For 2 months I lost 1 little tiny pound while still doing everything right. For 3 days, I went at and just over my maintenance..... about 3 days after that, I had lost 2 pounds. My weightloss is still slow, probably because I have only 9 more pounds to go, but it's moving in the right direction now. Good luck…

I just finished day 7, but I mix up the shreds everyday. Today was shred 3, tomorrow might be shred 1 or 2...or maybe 3 again. Lol, I just can't do the same thing everyday. Feel free to add me!! I'm always needing encouragement and would love to have other Jillian workout buddies! :)

Sometimes my nipples would hurt from running. I then would either buy a new running tighter running top (with the built in bra) OR wear a sports bra under my running tank. I love slicing an apple, putting it in a small dish, sprinkle with cinnamon, top with some good oatmeal, put a tsp of butter on it, and bake for about 15 min. It is sooooo good, a low cal apple strudel. I think I just talked myself into making that my afternoon snack!

Congrats to you!!! I don't think I'll ever achieve that nice flat tummy either. I've had 2 kids myself. I like to run in the morning....but the sides of the roads and sidewalks are ice coated during that time. Soon I will be hitting the pavement!

I always include some type of strength training with my workouts.

Turn on some great music, and do some crazy dancing throwing squats in there, squat while throwing punches holding on to dumbells, when there is a slower tune on, drop and do some pushups, plank for an entire song....Those are some of the things I do.
