I'm lactose intolerant. There are lots of lactase supplement options out there, if they work for him :) They were a godsend for me when I was younger. I'm sure you've probably heard of them before though.

My family finds that it works better for fries (crispier) than the oven, using a small amount of oil. We've also cooked pork chops, chicken, and fish successfully. I don't mind oven fries, I just find that it's hard to get them crispy and not dried out.

This is such a good idea! I'm lactose intolerant, so when I have pizza, I need to drug up before chowing down. I think it would be much nicer knowing there isn't cheese on it in the first place. Plus, cheese is greasy anyway. Not my favourite food whatsoever.
