I won't approach them but if they approach me I have the confidence in myself to flirt back and not make it awkward. If you think you are hot most of the time other people will too. Confidence is way hotter than just looks alone!

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/104076-posting-pictures-on-the-boards-tutorial There you go. Hope it helps. I didn't get to read your story yet but saw your question and figured I would try to help

I'm right there with you. My goal was to lose exactly 22 lbs. I'm 14 lbs down I think and have started to focus more on toning and lifting in addition to just cardio... It's hard to lose those lbs when you don't have a lot to lose but you can do it!

I use iMapMyRun. It logs your workouts, tells you your avg pace, works with your location services to log your miles, and in the end it even guesstimates how many calories you burn (Although I just look at my HRM for this) Best part was it was free. However, it doesn't tell you what to do or advise you how fast to run,…

Congrats Biggest Losers. I think the challenge this week is amazing! Way to go Peanut. I am so beyond determined to (even with a test, a quiz, and a midterm and two tests to start studying for next week) make this a HUGE LOSS WEEK!!! As for the QOTD for Monday I would have to say Jessica Alba and Shakira. They both have…

I hope they turn out well! I will be making them at some point in time but even though I haven't made them yet they looked too yummy to pass up posting

I posted a website for s'mores cupcakes which look amazing and they are only 100 cal each http://texascottage.blogspot.com/2011/08/smore-cups.html

Technically they only make 24, so at most it would be 2400 cal for the day.... so if you went to the gym and worked really hard you might be able to not be over for the day

While I think that would be interesting to hear aloud.... I'm not sure it would be in your best interest to do so.

I'm from the south so I use sweetie pie, hunny/hun, and darling a lot. These are applied to both girls and guys. But I don't use doll

I use a Polar FT7 and I love it. The chest strap is comfortable and hasn't ever slipped on me. I got the mens version of the watch because I liked the colors better. I have a fairly small wrist and the watch looks fine on it.

Only one problem with these statements.... obsessed is not a strong enough word. I love it down here and think your description is spot on. Not to mention one of my favorite things is going back to KY and saying Bless Your Heart to people.

No joke! I am so glad I don't have to deal with the bridges hardly ever. You know what..... you actually sound alright, you might be an acceptable hoosier...(and that is VERY RARE) Of course I only sing the state song a few times a year and I stand every time. It's just as important as the National Anthem! KY PRIDE! Always…

Large, Large, Large Okay so I like them all but I like to own Large dogs so you can wrestle with them. I have a 85 lb Weimaraner who is an amazing running partner!

As an SEC fan I am not happy about Texas A&M. It is called SEC for a reason. I'm a die hard Kentucky fan (have been since birth) :glasses: Since I am taking up residence in Auburn for vet school I try not to have a dog in the Auburn/Alabama fight but in response to the above statement WAR EAGLE

That's not a very fair way to portray Alabama:huh: I have been down here for fall, part of winter, spring, and part of summer for 2 years now. The landscape is pretty. I visited NE alabama near Sand Rock and loved the environment. We went deer hunting, shot guns, and rode the horses over the fresh snow (yes I know how…

^ you are officially a Hoosier. If you live in Indiana.... you are a Hoosier (and usually won't wave thank you at people for letting you get in front of them :grumble: ) jk Kentucky here! Kentucky is amazing, abosutely beautiful and amazing:heart: . Louisville is a very diverse and culturally inclined city. KY has a wide…

You just have to take everything day by day. Once you do get to where you can ride it is a great workout. I think I have the most fun burning calories when I'm riding my gelding By the way I love your user name

I would be great if your diary was public and then we could look and see where you were at such a deficit

Awww...... thats such a great story! Thank you for sharing. I just signed up for my first 5K too. Good luck and train hard :flowerforyou:

It bases the Fat Burning and Cardio on your age, weight, gender, etc. Therefore my numbers are completely different from yours if we were to compare. I don't know your stats as far as weight but I know your ticker says your goal weight is a good bit of weight loss therefore for right now I would just worry about the…

Monday QOTD: Do you have pets and if so what kind? If you don't have pets, if you could have one what would it be? I know this is a weight based thing but we all have lives outside of this website and I was just wanting to delve into peoples outside life. I have a 4.5 yo male weimaraner named Sarge and I have a 19 yo…

Your vet must not have cut far enough back. Most vets take the cut back to the first joint therefore ensuring the nail will not grow back. Most cats respond afterwards walking so funny because they are all bandaged up and some vets will keep the cat in order to make sure they are have sufficient pain medication. I'm sorry…

I got a Polar FT7 from www.heartratewatchcompany.com and I absolutely love it. The readings are consistant and I love all of the features of the watch! I got the guys version because I liked the colors better and the watch face looks fine on my wrist. I weigh 149 and have thin wrists so it should look good on almost…

I am running my first 5K in december. Thanks for the advice

Wednesday: Freebie I would change my stomach. I would make it flat across so I wouldn't feel so self concious about it. Thursday: Ever since you started on your weight loss journey, what has been your biggest obstacle and how did you over come it My biggest obstacle is sticking with it once I get to an acceptable goal. I…
