  • i am taking one pill a day since i have started taking ace i have lost a total of 10lbs
  • welcome to the group stacey if you want you can still turn in your weight way to go on the 6lbs my first week i lost like 4 then was at a stand still then i added walking, even if its only once a week add some kind of exercise and you will see the scale moving again..
  • go girl!! that is great !!! i found that when i was at a stand still i did a little exercise like walk a mile and it will get the pounds to moving!!! so how did every one else do???

  • i was thinking weigh in once a week i was thinking on tuesday just because that when i stated taking ace my starting weight was 183 i am now 179 i am 5'4 i would think you would want to measure your waist, hip, neck every week cause sometimes you dont loose weight which will frustrate you but you loose inches

  • you sound just like me.. and yes it is good advice try joining some of the group challanges i have joined on to lose 25 by march 16 we have teams so u have like 25 people to keep you on track and its like every day you want to exercise so you have something to log on your exercise page lol it is good motivation...good luck
