I agree that the first week can be the hardest...I'm in my 1st too! I think your plan sounds good but be careful about too few calories. If you are working out then your body prob needs a little more fuel, if not then the reduction should jump start things. Good luck to you...don't give up..only a few more days!

I just started today too! The fit test kicked my behind and I couldn't do all the exercises even but I kept pushing through and plan to do the same tomorrow!

Way to go!! I know that getting started is the hardest part and you have stuck with it for 12 days already! I hope I can say the same for myself in 2 weeks! Thanks for the inspiration!
