Hi everyone!

I've had fit pal and tracked on and off for a while but today is day #1 of my getting serious! (Hooray!)

I'm 35 years old, 192 lbs with a goal weight of 145. I have a 2.5 year old and haven't lost a lick since giving birth, actually gained a bit!

My plan includes the insanity workout program and tracking my foods and eating healthy. I would love a few friends to help keep the motivation going so say hello, and good luck to you all!

    I added you, weight loss is hard, but being a Mom and finding the time for weight loss is even tougher.
